*Shine the Light*
On Monday, the 21st of February, 2022 – Education is light is the spectacular sub-theme for the day. The Governor of Lagos State, His Excellency, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, a foremost supporter of education will light the education torch to demonstrate how education liberates people from darkness (ignorance).
This brief but significant programme shall be the spotlight to canvass for adult literacy, girl-child education as well as literacy among the Almajiris in northern Nigeria. The media shall be on ground to randomly cover on the spot, brief interviews of participant on their take with regards to the state of education in Nigeria.
