The Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Scholarship
The Federal scholarship board under the federal ministry of Education has publicised the scholarship to be offered by the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).
The ICCR New Delhi is inviting applications from foreign students for grant of scholarship to pursue higher studies at undergraduate, post graduate and PHD level in India educational institutes /Universities for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Courses includes sciences, humanities, commerce and engineering with the exclusion of medical sciences.
Criteria for application
1. Good academic record with minimum of CGPA of 3 out of 5 in qualifying examinations or 60%.
2 Proficiency in English is a must
3 Applicant should be between ages 18 to 30
as at the time of admission.
4 Applicants can apply to 5 universities or institutes in order of preference ( check universities website for course availability).
5 A 500 word essay should be written in English to ascertain proficiency in English
6 TOEFL /IELTS scores should also be readily available.
7 All important documents including transcripts should be uploaded on the site.
8 Health certificate is important.
Number of Awards
The available award is for 900 people from African countries.
